This is the 2015 conversion of a 1960’s bungalow in Rodborough to a full house, achieved by both raising the eaves and increasing the pitch of the roof.
For the first few months of the work the owners were able to remain in occupation as the new roof was constructed independently of the existing.
The new first floor has four large bedrooms and two bathrooms with great views across the Stroud Valley.
This 2016 extension transforms an early ’70’s split level house by using a single new roof to replace various roofs and enclosing a courtyard to form a new kitchen at the centre of the house.
In 2018 we’ve applied for planning permission to take the roof off a bungalow and build a new SIPS roof with the gables at front to rear instead of side to side to gain space and views and avoid ugly dormers.
