Replacing the roof slates and windows was also an opportunity to upgrade the dormers with insulation and re-clad the house in fibre cement boarding.
We also altered the rear kitchen extension to allow for a bigger kitchen.
In 2021 we are looking at options for further extension to allow the owners to continue to work from home post pandemic.
